Our company has latest world class technology for manufacturing High Tenacity PPMF Yarn, it is a state of art fully drawn yarn plant Of Starlinger, Austrian technology. The spinning line is fully automatic supported with Allen Bradley, U.S.A, make automation system. Bobbin winding is done on fully automatic Barmag, German - make autodoffing winders.

Colour and U.V dosing is very accurate and consistent because of Colortronic, U.S.A, make PLC controlled dosing unit thus the yarn has excellent colour matching, colour fastness coupled with softness and high U.V retention properties.

Our fibrillated line has a state of art Buckhardt, make high density needles as a result fibrillation is good honey comb type resulting in excellent softness, strength and can be twisted to higher TPM (twist per metre) to achieve full roundness.

For producing good quality twisted yarn in both PPMF and Fibrillated, we have TFO(two For One) twisters, Up twisters, heavy doublers to give bigger feed packages and rewinders for different yarn packages.
